CICT2019 will also provide the platform for young professionals who have recently completed the Ph.D. Thesis in the area of Information and Communication Technology. The Ph.D. degree must be awarded within the duration from October 1^st, 2018 to September 30^th, 2019. The submitted theses will be shortlisted/evaluated by the panel of experts. Later on, the shortlisted candidates have to register and present their work at the conference. One of the Theses presented in the area of Information and Communication Technology will be awarded as the "Best Ph.D. Thesis Award". The candidates are required to submit the pdf copy of detailed synopsis along with the published research papers related to the thesis work. These documents should be submitted on or before October 1^st, 2019 through email at cict2019@iiita.ac.in.
